Our Team
We have many talented volunteers who give their free time to help out. Activities range from Request Collecting to Presenting to Technical work in setting up our two studios. Here they are in their own words.
Adi Andrews
Adi joined us only last year and has already become Press & Publicity Officer. Adi has been dj-ing for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience with him. You can read more about him in his own words ... ;-)
Amanda Lahmanes
Bonjour mes petits cheris... It's Mandy from the midday mash-up here, hoping you're tuning into my fresh and fruity dance tunes, my hot 'n' spicey pop staples and washing it all down with the best of my smooth and slippery mellow vibes ....
Andrew Nash
Currently working for High energy promotions as a club DJ / promoter / tea boy, and the BBC as a film critic for the Andrew Easton show.
Chris Hughes
Chris joined HHR in 1991, popped into the studio to meet the then Programme Controller Colin Bush, within a matter of hours found himself under the broken desk in Studio 2... By the end of that Saturday the studio was fixed. that's where it all started!!
James Ewins
James Ewins has been with Hereford Hospital Radio since Autumn 2009. As well as presenting his 'request' shows, he has also previously served on the committee as Fundraising co-ordinator for the station.
Leon Oldman
Leon is too modest to mention it, but his sponsored 24 hour broadcast a couple of years back raised a good amount of money, and got us featured in much of the local press.
